Terms and Conditions for Spectators Attending Spurs and Cleats Bull Riding and Freestyle Bullfighting Event



By attending the Spurs and Cleats Bull Riding and Freestyle Bullfighting event (the "Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your entry and participation in the Event as a spectator, and your attendance is subject to your acceptance of these terms.



1. Acknowledgment of Risk: You acknowledge and understand that attending the Spurs and Cleats Bull Riding and Freestyle Bullfighting Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury or death from bulls, other animals, and various activities related to the event. These risks may arise from factors such as the unpredictable nature of the animals, the physical activity involved, the condition of the venue, and the actions of participants, staff, and other spectators.



By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your presence at the Event, whether those risks are known or unknown to you.



2. Waiver of Liability: You agree that neither the producers of the Event, nor any of their employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or the event venue and its affiliates, will be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm that may arise from your participation or presence at the Event, including but not limited to any accidents, bodily injuries, or property damage.



This waiver of liability extends to any claims resulting from negligence, actions, or omissions by any of the aforementioned parties.



3. Health and Safety: You are responsible for your own safety while attending the Event. You agree to comply with all safety instructions, rules, and regulations provided by event staff or posted throughout the venue. You should always remain in designated spectator areas and avoid entering restricted zones or areas where bull riding or freestyle bullfighting activities are taking place.



4. Conduct and Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and responsible manner during the Event. The producers, event staff, or venue management reserve the right to remove any spectator from the Event for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with the Event's rules and safety procedures. No refunds will be provided to spectators removed from the Event.



5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the producers of the Event, event staff, contractors, agents, affiliates, and venue management from any and all claims, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of your participation in or attendance at the Event.



6. Photography and Media Release: By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in any photos, videos, or other media captured during the Event. These materials may be used for promotional, commercial, or other purposes, without compensation or further consent from you.



7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Event is held. Any disputes arising from or relating to your attendance at the Event shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.



8. Event Changes and Cancellations: The producers of the Event reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the Event without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, tickets may be refunded in accordance with the Event's ticketing policies. However, no refunds will be provided for changes in event schedule, performers, or other modifications that do not result in the complete cancellation of the Event.



9. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket(s), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from entering the venue.
